Laws are hard to come by. There is a long process that starts at local government levels and then moves up the ranks. 1) Citizens Must Honk Their Horn While Passing Other Cars

If everyone is following this weird Virginia law then it must make it by far, the noisiest state in the country!

2) Children Are Not to Go Trick-or-Treating on Halloween

To me this is insane! Is it because all the houses are foreclosed? That’s the only reason I could imagine this happening. I say if there is one law to break this year, THIS is the one!

3) It is Illegal to Tickle Women

They have diarrhea. That’s the only reason I can understand why there is this law. All women in Virginia apparently have diarrhea all the time and therefore it is illegal to tickle them. This is completely reasonable.

4) No animal may be hunted on Sunday with the exception of raccoons

These poor raccoons are safe, however, after 2:00 AM. I don’t know what Sunday has to do with hunting, but can you imagine pointing a gun at this cute little guy at 1:59 AM?

5) Virginia State Law Prohibits Acts of Bribery By Any Person Except Political Candidates

This was probably the easiest law to pass. I can only imagine this on a ballot with a bunch of legal jargon that made no sense to anyone without an Ivy League law degree. Oh well, at least their honest about it.
