The mighty Wurlitzer wasn’t completed overnight. Only the organ that was rebuilt from Denver Theater came in when they started in 1975. Throughout the years, a lot of percussions and pipes have been added. This is in line with the management’s continuing efforts to make additions and improvements to the organ. They strive to fine tune the instrument closer to perfection each time.

But if you ask us what ice cream we could recommend, then it will be the classic ice cream sundae, drizzled with chocolate and nuts with a cherry on top. Just thinking about it already makes us drool! The loyal patrons say that the sundae still looks the same way as to how it was years back. Its delicious taste didn’t change at all too! You don’t have to worry about overcrowding here. The Organ Stop Pizza is actually a two-story pizza joint with 700 seating capacity. It’s huge like a theater and is quite like one because 30 minutes after their opening time, the organist starts playing. Each performance takes around half an hour and there’s 10-15 minutes interval per performance.

If you walk inside the restaurant, their staff will escort you to a prime seating location, walk you through the ordering process, and even ask you for any song recommendations. After that, you can just wait for the delicious pizza and the various fried sides. The food will impress you, but in case it doesn’t (we doubt it), the mighty Wurlitzer organ itself will! You might find yourself not wanting to leave and staying for hours just to listen to the performance.

Since the rise of the pandemic, the number of attendees who visit here have been dwindling down. However, they still operate daily and there is surely a lot of room for everyone. If you want to come, make sure you practice social distancing when dining, and sanitize regularly. If you don’t want to dine-in, they are offering 20% for takeaways. Isn’t that such a treat?

Before you leave, you should also visit the Organ Stop Pizza Gift Shop and check out the post cards, t-shirts, stuffed animals and more. Your family will definitely appreciate a little souvenir from your dining experience here.
