Las Vegas lawyer Zach Rawling then bought it for about $2.4 million to save it from being demolished. He donated it to the School of Architecture at Taliesin, which houses the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. The lawyer also tried turning this architecture piece into a museum, but the plan fell through because the neighbors sent their own complaints. They were particularly concerned about the commercial traffic this property would bring.
