Are you curious about how the restaurant prepares this crowd favorite?

A trained chef cuts the meat from the snake’s body, chops it into bite-sized pieces, and coats each one in a seasoned batter. After that, he mixes everything and tosses them into the deep fryer. Once done, it is plated together with prickly pear cactus fries and a tasty dip. Voila! You have your exotic appetizer. Part of the snake’s spine is also included in the presentation, but don’t eat it! Just settle for the meat.
